For this year's series, we have gathered some of the industry's top thought leaders to tackle subjects that are at the top of every media and entertainment professional's mind. If you live in or near New York City, Washington, DC, Atlanta or Los Angeles, registration is free.  

Washington, DC Meet Up Event

      • Overview: The November elections will usher in a new administration and could change the political balance of power in Washington. Learn how the election outcomes could potentially impact key legislative and regulatory issues impacting the media and entertainment business, including taxes, technology, and telecom policy.  This session will provide an overview of the policy and legislative agenda and possible impacts of the November election on the media and entertainment industry.

      • Trust is a result. But how do you build trust? MFM’s Regional Meeting in Atlanta will feature Pat Nunley, Growth Acceleration Leader at RSM and Jill FitzGerald, RSM’s National Media & Entertainment Tax Leader. This presentation will emphasize the importance of effective communication, empathy, and active listening in fostering trust-based collaborations. The session will provide tools, practical exercises and knowledge to cultivate deeper connections, enhance teamwork, and achieve greater professional success. Participants will develop strategies for establishing trust, overcoming challenges, and repairing broken trust.
