Reservations will be made by individuals calling Reservations directly at 203-905-2100, via email at [email protected].

Individuals must identify themselves as being with the MFM/NMCP Media Credit Conference group at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate where available, and must provide us with the guest name, requested type of room, bed type (single, twin-bedded) and check-in/check-out dates. 

Reservations must be received no later than TBA Reservations made after this cut-off date would be honored at the then-prevailing rate, and based upon inventory.

**Associate/Vendor/Service Provider = Anyone employed by an organization that provides goods/services/products to the media industry. Media sales rep. firms, accounting firms, brokerage, insurance, law firms, software vendors, collections, etc.)
