Back by popular demand, Richard Hastings, CCE, will once again bring his unique perspective based on his personal research to MFM/NMCP Credit Conference. Richard previously served as the Macro Strategist at Seaport Global Securities, LLC, where he was renowned for his forecasts of complicated events, including the Great Financial Crisis (forecast in early 2007); the Trump electoral college win (forecast a month before the election, with nearly surgical precision); weather and energy events; and the great inflation outbreak of 2021-2022. Richard previously served as a commercial credit professional specializing in the retailing industry and consumer behavior. Richard is a lifetime Certified Credit Executive with the National Association of Credit Management. Richard continues to serve as an independent economist while also serving as a project manager and data specialist at global banks at his home base in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With more than 40 years of experience in the bankruptcy and insolvency field, Bruce Nathan is a recognized leader nationwide in trade creditor rights and the representation of trade creditors in bankruptcy and other legal matters. He has represented trade and other unsecured creditors, unsecured creditors' committees, secured creditors, and other interested parties in many of the larger Chapter 11 cases that have been filed. Prior to Creditsafe was at Vengroff Williams responsible for introducing Business Process Innovation with a focus upon Strategic, Transformative, and Lasting Labor Arbitrage for the Invoice to Cash and Revenue Cycle Management Process. Prior to that was responsible for Cortera’s strategic partnerships and managed domestic and international third-party commercial data distribution. Held a similar position with Experian and was a senior executive with the National Association of Credit Management.
Yesinne Alvarez, Leader, Partnerships, Alliances & Trade Data, is a leadership professional with diverse discipline expertise in Relationship Management, Project Management, Business Development and Talent Acquisition. Throughout her career, Yesinne has volunteered her time to speak at credit organizations throughout the US on the subjects of Best Practices and Trends in the Order to Cash field and the impact of Automation on the Discipline. She has previously served as the President of the Federation of Credit & Financial Professionals from 2008 -2013 and again from 2017 to 2020.

She has deep expertise in global entertainment businesses including broadcast television, filmed content production, theatrical and home entertainment. During her expansive career, Deborah has worked with multi-national companies to solve numerous complex challenges such as changing international regulatory standards, financial reporting challenges, operational challenges in unique entertainment specific areas such as participations and residuals, and change management due to mergers, acquisitions, significant business process and technology changes.
